Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of recruiting experience for U.S. based companies
  • Solid understanding of various types of job positions from various job sectors in the U.S.A (IT or non-IT)
  • Knowledge of various IT positions and technologies
  • Awareness of various industries and companies in the U.S.A.
  • Proficient English communication
  • Good sourcing skills
  • Target-Driven
