SAVVY offers participation in our group health insurance plan to all our employees and consultants. This group health insurance plan covers various items such as Medical (including Rx Drug card), Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Term Life and Accidental Death Benefits under the PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) insurance type, which is the most flexible and reduces the restriction on which doctors you can see unlike how other insurance types have

Retirement Planning

To all eligible employees, secure your future and your retirement by enrolling in our 401k plan. Automatically deduct a portion of your paycheck into a tax-advantaged, defined contribution retirement account, so you have the peace of mind of automatically saving for your future without having to think or stress about on a biweekly basis. We also provide partial 401k matching for eligible employees.

Referrals/Bonuses & Biweekly Direct Deposit

We offer unique bonus structures to eligible employees based on achievement or performance. We also offer bonuses for employment referrals (assuming they get hired, restrictions apply*), so the salary you get might not be only what you get paid that year. Also, following the industry standard, we have Biweekly Direct Deposit for Payroll.

Referral Program (Earn up to $500)

We are always looking for talented people to join the SAVVY Family and what better way then through a referral. If you know someone that you think would be great for an open job, then let us know and you could earn up to $500. The referrer does not need to be a consultant of SAVVY to earn the bonus.

Terms and Conditions
  • The person making the referral cannot be a Savvy (or sister companies) corporate staff member or a member of their immediate family.
  • The person making the referral must be qualified to work in the U.S. and may be required to provide tax withholding information as a condition of payment.
  • The referred candidate cannot be a person who has responded to any company solicitation, applied for employment with Savvy, or has otherwise been considered for employment by Savvy or its client within the previous six months.
  • The referred candidate cannot be a person recommended or being considered by the client for a position through Savvy.
  • The referred candidate cannot be a current Savvy contract employee at another site or position. The referral form and the candidate’s resume must be submitted together; this is the only valid form of referral that qualifies for an award.
  • Referred candidates must be hired within 120 days of the referral and must be employed in the position for a period of at least 90 days from the date of hire.
  • The referral program does not apply to Savvy Corporate staff placements.

The incentive award amounts for full-time positions are as follows (note that referral award amounts for part-time positions are 50% of the award amount for full-time positions).

  • Engineers / IT Professionals: $500.00
  • All Other Positions: $250.00

Position Backgrounds

You have the skill, we have the job. Some of the positions we are hiring for are Software Engineers, Team/Project Leaders: Experience in gathering and analysis of requirements, design of computer programs, applying standards and development concepts, development of software application using: C/C++, Visual Basic, JAVA, PL/SQL, JavaScript/VBScript, COM/DCOM, MS.Net, COBOL, Seibel, Perl, HTML.XML, CSS, and UML on Tomcat, Apache, Vignette, Weblogic/Websphere, Teamsite MySQL, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server Servers/Databases in UNIX, Windows NT/2000/XP and Redhat Linux environment, Migration of applications/data across environment, providing technical solutions and remedies, interaction with users to identify areas requiring changes, installation, testing, debugging and maintenance of software systems quality Assurance, documentation and end user training.

Requires experience in analysis of user requirements, assessment of computer systems and capabilities, workflow, and limitations, fit/gap analysis, assistance in project life cycle development, identification of project risks and development of mitigation plans and maintenance of project plans. Domain knowledge in Financial / Telecom / Retail / Utilities / Manufacturing / Process Industry.

Experience in performing several of the following:

  • Plan, design, develop, install, operate and maintain mechanical components, equipment, and machinery
  • Fabricator, operate, install and repair of mechanical products
  • Develop, test and evaluate mechanical system designs
  • Manage engineering projects
  • Plan and design new production processes
  • Produce details of specifications and outline designs
  • Operate, maintain and troubleshoot utility/plant/building mechanical systems
  • Evaluate results and develop alternate solutions as required
  • Provide document solutions for future application
  • Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks

Experience in gathering and analysis of requirements, applying standards and development concepts, customization/configuration of SAP / Oracle Applications / PeopleSoft / Seibel, documentation and end user training.

Experience in conducting feasibility studies for software projects to assess manpower as well as system requirements in the fields of E-Commerce and Client server applications, development of marketing strategies, marketing of services and development of new clients and development and implementation of recruitment strategies and recruitment of software talent.
